The Palmerston North City Council invites applications
from interested persons to ll a voluntary position on
the Globe Theatre Trust Board.
The primary purpose and objectives of the Globe
Theatre Trust Board are to control, develop, promote,
enhance and maintain the Globe Theatre so that it
may be utilised and enjoyed by the inhabitants of the
Manawatu area. Background information on the Trust
Board is available on request.
Interested persons should submit their relevant
curriculum vitae together with reasons why they should
be appointed to the Globe Theatre Trust Board.

Pursuant to Section 342 (1) (b) and the tenth schedule
of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby
given that the Palmerston North City Council will close
or particularly close the following roads to ordinary
vehicular traffic for the purpose Tour of Manawatu
ROADS TO BE CLOSED TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR
Between Tennent Drive and Old West Roads
intersections through to Old West Road and Albany
Drive intersection north bound Lane only.
No Right turn o Kahuterawa Road Old West Road
intersection, Follow detour from SH57 Tennent Drive
and Old West Road intersection
PERIOD OF CLOSURE
Streets will be closed on Wednesday 25th January 2012
From 1.30pm to 5.30pm or such shorter period as may
be required for completion of the parade.
